1. All new orders must be prepaid. Credit cards can be utilized in the shopping cart through our secure socket server.
2. Payments by checks are also accepted and confirm the order entry date as the date the check is received. Please remit to:

3. All prices include the cost of the cartons and the labor to pack them.
4. All furniture is delivered with heavy duty paper wrapped around the frames.
5. All shipments are FOB Palmetto or Lake Worth, FL, at the discretion of Dr. Strap.
6. All shipments are FOB our factory. We always advise our customers to check the condition of the cartons prior to accepting the shipment and write on the Bill of Lading what the damage is (if any). If nothing is marked on a damaged carton, your shipment will be considered "received in good condition". Please inspect the condition of your delivery before signing the Bill of Lading.
7. All shipments are sent on a collect basis using a Common Carrier and there must be someone present to receive the furniture.
8. Shipping notices are emailed to every purchaser the evening of the day the shipment was made with all of the pertinent data to track the goods.
9. Premier Patio Furniture (Dr. Strap) is a member of the Better Business Bureau and can be referenced by calling (561) 656-5284.
10. Dr. Strap is a patio furniture manufacturer that offers accessory items for the convenience of the customer. Dr. Strap reserves the right to reject orders for accessory items only.
