All of Dr. Strap patio side tables are designed using the double ring table base shape. This design allows the hole in the table top, the hole in the table base and the hole in the umbrella base to firmly anchor the umbrella and minimize the risk of damage caused by gusts of wind. Using the double ring base also removes the "spring" from the table by firmly absorbing all of the user weight on two rings instead of one.
